SD IOR Services has partnered with RF10 Inspections to provide Inspector of Record Services for all of the MEP scope on the Rady Children's Campus Projects to include numerous Make Ready Projects, Site utilities, Campus Connector, New Central Utility Plant and the New ICU Tower. 

SD IOR Services has partnered with Davis HBC to provide Inspector of Record Services on the Sharp Grossmont Campus Projects to include the New Neuroscience Center Building,  New CT Trailer, Behavioral Health Unit Entrance, Domestic Hot Water Booster System and the SPD Washer Replacement Projects. 

SD IOR Services has partnered with Davis HBC to provide Inspector of Record Services on the Sharp Metropolitan Campus Projects to include the Utility Reroute and New Central Plant 

SD IOR Services is currently partnered with The Construction Inspectors, Inc to provide Inspector of Record Services on the Palomar Medical Center Lab Automated Line Replacement Project.

Partnering with Rockwell Construction Services, SD IOR has provided Electrical Drawings Review with Comments on The Encina Water Pollution Control Facility Digester Improvements Project in 2021 and Specification and Electrical Drawings Review with Comments on the Santa Barbara County Goleta Sanitary District Biosolids and Energy Phase 1 Project in 2022.
